Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is important to us. Every item is made to order, so we accept returns or replacements only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong Size.
  • You received the wrong Print.
  • The printed design has a printing defect.
  • Your product arrives damaged.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us the day of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the problem.

Because each product is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (please review the size chart before placing your order).
  • Changing your mind after the order has been placed.
  • Personal preference regarding color, fit, or design.
  • Normal variations of up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) in garment measurements due to the manufacturing process.

Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
