Your satisfaction is important to us. Every item is made to order,

We accept replacements only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong Size.
  • You received the wrong Print.
  • The printed design has a printing defect.
  • Your product arrives damaged.(Rare)
  • Free Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled because it may have entered production.
  • If you experience any of these issues, please contact us so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.

Because each product is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (please review the size chart before placing your order).
  • Changing your mind after the order has been placed.
  • Personal preference regarding color, fit, or design.
  • Normal variations of up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) in garment measurements due to the manufacturing process.

For EU customers only    

  • Returns: Accepting returns ✓
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We do not reimburse return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order. 
  • Return window: At least 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item on the order.
  • Extend over weekends and holidays: Enabled

    Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
